CEO Message
As I look at the growth over the years since our inception in 2000, I am extremely proud of what we have achieved, and even more excited about our outlook for an equally promising future. We have successfully transitioned from a one man army start-up as a Refractory Trading House to the Refractory Solution Providers and Contractors, eventually to become a respected firm, garnering business from across the Globe while earning our clients’ trust along the way.
It is satisfying to know that we are able to help our clients build the strategic confidence in our products, services, approach and attitude, which enable them to connect and partner with us to operate pivotal aspects of their business more efficiently and economically.
Customer satisfaction is the hallmark by which we measure our performance, and we hold ourselves, as do our clients, to the highest standards of quality.
In this continually evolving marketplace, our clients are more informed than ever about our solutions provider options. Even so, they continue to select Karawan Refractories as their partner of choice because our experience, commitment to quality and community, and integrity.
When conveying Karawan Refractories successes, I always return back to three guiding principles – each of which has helped me to define who we are today:
Talented People: Among our most important assets is the extensive knowledge base, deep-rooted professionalism and unwavering commitment to our highly-qualified, diverse staff, the staff is at the core of who we are and what we do. From our Engineers, Management Executives, Sales, Logistics, Delivery/Quality Assurance Teams to our Senior Management, the Karawan’s entire Team is committed to delivering the highest quality product and providing unparalleled service to our customers.
By building sound relationships with suppliers, we foster loyalty and secure valuable support that goes beyond the terms & conditions of an order, or the contents of a contract. These efforts are our back bone of success.
Honest Perspective: As we grow, each new day offers a chance for us to work together, pursue new opportunities and improve upon the past. We establish in-depth relationships with our clients by understanding their specific requirements, challenges and goals at first-hand, so that we can offer tangible solution with a candid perspective. We continue to manage our business around the evolving needs of our clients, so that we can be at the forefront of change and deliver true value-because value is what our client constituents demand.
Hard work (No gain without pain): The proverb really means that we cannot achieve real success in any field without great effort and sacrifice from our end. For us it remains naked truth that success can be won only at the cost of hard work and ceaseless labour. John Ruskin rightly said “The highest reward for man’s toil is not what he gets for it, but what he becomes by it.”
I strongly affirm what Mahatma Gandhi once said, “I have not the shadow of a doubt that any man or woman can achieve what I have, if he or she would make the same effort and cultivate the same hope and faith”.
